This is horrible. I don't even know why I'm doing this. I cannot live the rest of my life like this. I have to get a kidney transplant. That's the only option. I'm tired everyday. Dialysis is like torture. I can't keep doing this for very long...
I wish I knew something that would make it better, the one thing that does seem to help most everyone is participating in one of the discussion boards or email groups. I track 17 different boards on my blog, and 11 different listservs.
For instance the extremely busy IHateDialysis.com where you could find many people dealing with the same sort of problems and who will totally understand what you're saying. Just register, introduce yourself, and start a thread laying out your details and how you feel about it. You'll hear from many people with many different points of view.
Don't underestimate yourself. The more you know the more power you have. You can do this.
